A Day in the Life:

The right person for this role enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative team environment, and has a reputation as a creative and effective problem solver. The Payroll Analyst - ADP eTime will specifically focus on the timekeeping and attendance system. This includes ensuring that ADP eTIME rules are configured based on communicated rules, collaborating with Managers and HRBPs for timecard accuracy, acts as a point of contact for timekeeping questions, and working with ADP (vendor) to ensure system integrity.

This position is hybrid, located in Oklahoma City. The salary for this position begins at $55,000 annually.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and audit timecard records daily to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Respond to employee inquiries and audit, review, and correct timecards using a shared mailbox, Salesforce CRM, and ADP eTIME.

  • Maintain the accuracy of employee records, including demographic information, missed punches, and time-off requests, through collaboration with Payroll and Field Operations teams.

  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to ADP eTIME users.

  • Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues with payroll vendors that impact ADP eTIME data and processing.

  • Support Legal and Risk Management teams by providing data, reports, and documentation for audits, filings, and other requests.

  • Maintain employee confidentiality and protect sensitive payroll and timekeeping information.

  • Document ADP eTIME processes, procedures, system updates, and best practices as needed.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ADP eTIME and related timekeeping processes.

  • Lead and participate in projects focused on developing, implementing, and supporting cost-effective process improvements and technology solutions.

  • Partner with HR functional teams to identify, evaluate, and document system enhancements, new system implementations, and data interface requirements.

  • Prepare business requirements documentation, test plans, and supporting materials for system changes, reports, and employee data interfaces; assist HR teams in executing user acceptance testing.

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, payroll administration, HR analysis, or ADP eTIME.

  • Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

  • Proficiency with, or the ability to quickly learn, HRIS, timekeeping, and CRM software.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while working across various systems and applications.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and delegation skills.
