    Payroll Analyst(In-Office)
    Join a payroll, HR, and accounting team where your expertise directly impacts 1,800+ employees across the US and Canada. This role offers real ownership over the payroll lifecycle — from processing to compliance to process improvement.
    Responsibilities
    • Process and audit bi-weekly/semi-monthly US and Canadian payroll (multi-state, multi-provincial)
    • Manage employee transactions: salary changes, benefit deductions, garnishments, leaves of absence, terminations, and stock/equity payments
    • Onboard employees from Workday into ADP Workforce Now, ensuring proper system access
    • Review timecards and resolve pay discrepancies before payroll finalization
    • Partner with HR and Tax on 401(k)/RRSP administration, workers' comp, and audits
    • Maintain SOX 404 controls for US and Canadian payroll
    • Provide system training and support to employees and managers
    • Recommend and implement process improvements
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 4+ years processing US multi-state, multi-cycle payroll
    • 2+ years processing Canadian multi-provincial payroll
    • ADP Workforce Now experience highly desired
    • Workday/HCM and SAP experience a plus
    • CPP certification preferred
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
