Payroll Analyst
Location: Atlanta, Georgia - Hybrid
Salary: $30-33 per hour
ROLE SUMMARY
Support daily payroll operations for a multistate workforce while the organization completes an implementation process. This role processes weekly payroll for more than 300 employees and supports time and attendance activities, payroll audits, and payroll system administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and distribute ServiceNow tickets.
- Review UKG and ADP invoices.
- Review instant checks.
- Support time and attendance activities in Kronos.
- Process weekly payroll for more than 300 employees.
- Perform payroll audits and related quality checks.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- At least five years of payroll experience.
- Experience processing payroll for more than 300 employees.
- Multistate payroll experience using UKG.
- Experience with payroll audits.
- Proficiency with Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience processing weekly payroll.
