Job Summary: This role is responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing across the Americas, ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will manage various payroll functions, including timekeeping, deferred compensation, and ESPP, while providing essential customer support. This position also involves collaborating with internal departments and supporting audit requests.
Must-Have Skills:Process US and Canadian payroll accurately.
Manage deferred compensation and ESPP programs.
Provide customer service via a ticketing system.
Support payroll interfaces and file uploads.
Assist with SOX and internal audits.
Solid understanding of US and Canadian payroll regulations.
Experience with payroll processing and reporting.
Proficiency in using payroll software and tools.
Industry Experience:- Experience with payroll operations in North America is required.
