We are seeking a detail oriented Payroll Administrator to support our automotive dealership by ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This role is essential to maintaining compliance, supporting department leaders, and delivering a smooth payroll experience for all employees.
Process weekly/biweekly payroll for all dealership departments
Review and verify time cards, commissions, bonuses, spiffs, and technician flag hours
Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and pay changes
Ensure compliance with federal and state wage and hour regulations
Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies promptly
Partner with HR and department managers to ensure accurate labor reporting
Manage payroll tax filings, garnishments, and required deductions
Prepare payroll related reports for accounting and leadership
Support year end processes including W2s and audits
Maintain confidentiality of all payroll and employee information
Previous payroll experience required; automotive dealership experience preferred
Knowledge of dealership pay plans (commission, flat rate, hourly, salary)
Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar
Strong understanding of wage and hour laws
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
