Location: Vancouver, WA (Onsite)
Pay Range: $31.00 - $36.00/hour ($65,000 - $75,000 annually)

This role offers a diverse mix of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting responsibilities. Responsibilities

• 
  
• Process semi-monthly payroll, review timesheets, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• 
  
• Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, account coding, vendor maintenance, approvals, and compliance requirements
• 
  
• Support accounts receivable activities by preparing invoices, tracking reimbursements, reconciling customer accounts, and maintaining vendor records
• 
  
• Record general ledger (GL) journal entries, cash receipts, payroll transactions, and perform account reconciliations
• 
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and payroll reports for internal stakeholders and external agencies
• 
  
• Assist with bank reconciliations, deposits, budget-to-actual reporting, and year-end activities including W-2 and 1099 preparation
• 
  
• Provide accounting support, customer service, and guidance on financial policies and procedures across departments
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, preferred
• 
  
• 3+ years of accounting experience in payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting; 5+ years preferred
• 
  
• Strong proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, financial reporting, reconciliations, and data accuracy
• 
  
• Proven ability to identify discrepancies and maintain confidentiality
• 
  
• Strong communication and customer service experience to communicate with team members, vendors, and other external partners.
