Key Responsibilities of the Payroll / Accounting Clerk

• Process full-cycle biweekly payroll, including timecard audits, payroll adjustments, holiday pay calculations, and manager approvals as the Payroll / Accounting Clerk

• Review, verify, and enter accounts payable invoices while ensuring proper coding and compliance with nonprofit accounting requirements as the Payroll / Accounting Clerk

• Maintain payroll and accounting records with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail as the Payroll / Accounting Clerk

• Track and update investment purchase and sale activity within Excel-based reporting schedules as the Payroll / Accounting Clerk

• Previous full-cycle payroll processing experience required
