    Job Description Summary

    Processes and reconciles daily Point of Service (POS) collections and prepares accurate, timely bank deposits. Maintains deposit records and supporting documentation in departmental databases to support financial reporting, reconciliation, and management oversight. Provides Help Desk support to Front-End Payment Posters by assisting with payment posting, cash drawer balancing, corrections, and issue resolution. Maintains accountability and control of change funds, collection bags, and related financial assets. Conducts audits of front-end users to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and internal controls. Supports the Point of Service Supervisor with daily operations, reporting, training, problem resolution, and process improvement initiatives.

    To process daily point of service collections and prepare bank deposits. Document deposits in database to provide data for Point of Service Supervisor to generate reporting to Finance and Managements teams. Provide Help Desk Call Center support for Front End Payment Posters. Maintain control of and issue change fund and collection bags. Audit Front End users. Assist Point of Service Supervisor.

    Additional Job Description

    Minimum Requirements:

    • A high school diploma and two years of experience in a related field (teller, cashier, customer service representative, computer usage, or data entry); or
    • Associate degree and one year of related experience.
    • Cash handling/teller experience preferred.
    • Excellent math skills and experience with computers required. Microsoft Excel and data entry skills preferred.
    • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and professional demeanor.
    • Ability to operate equipment including, but not limited to, computers, printers, fax machines, multi-line phone system, and copier.
