Payment Poster | Clinic Billing Office | Half Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Batch and balance cash receivables accurately and promptly.
• Input cash, adjustments, and refunds daily.
• Reconcile cash and adjustments to ensure data accuracy.
• Perform batch verification and audits daily.
• Retrieve electronic remittance advice from payer systems.
• Complete administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and documenting.
• Ensure compliance with patient privacy standards.
• Attend organizational training and meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in accounts receivable, credit/debit transactions, and data entry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedural guidelines and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree in healthcare administration or equivalent coursework.
• Proficiency with a 10-key calculator preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs).
• Frequent sitting (up to 7.5 hours per day).
• High degree of fine motor skills for computer and writing tasks.
