A day in the life of a Moneytree Loans Payment Coordinator II
As a Moneytree Collection Representative (Payment Coordinator II - Loans), your primary responsibility is to provide personalized, friendly service to meet our customers' financial needs, initiate and respond to Customer contacts to collect outstanding debts, and support the success of the Department and coworkers.
Job duties include:
- Maintain the highest level of customer service during every transaction. Show genuine interest in the Customer and strive to exceed Customer expectations.
- Complete calls and tasks efficiently and accurately, demonstrating a personal commitment to quality in all aspects of the job.
- Actively listen and engage Customers to gather information and build rapport.
- Clearly and accurately communicate payment options to Customers.
- Analyze information to negotiate appropriate payment arrangements acceptable to both the Customer and Moneytree.
- Accurately document accounts in a timely manner with information gathered and action taken.
- Adhere to Moneytree guidelines and all applicable federal and state regulations.
- Follow all applicable scripts as directed. Escalate calls as needed.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality of information.
- Support coworkers by sharing professional knowledge, accurately answering questions, and providing timely support.
- Foster teamwork and set a professional example for others to follow.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned.

- Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills and the ability to learn proprietary software systems

- Ability to meet performance standards, including average number of calls, handling time, wrap-up time, and promises to pay obtained

- An attitude of friendliness, cooperation and compliance; courtesy and respect toward coworkers and Customers at all times
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships; promote teamwork, encourage excellence, foster growth, and offer feedback in a productive way
- An adequate workspace at home and reliable internet access, pursuant to Moneytree’s Work-From-Home Policy.
