Description
This position is for the HR team in a big company in the industry of computer, server and electronic devices manufacture and warehouse.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee an organization's pay structures, salary bands, incentive programs, and total rewards strategies to attract and retain talent while maintaining internal equity and cost control.
- Lead the design, administration, and governance of employee pay rate compensation programs.
- Job pricing & market benchmarking
- Pay equity & compliance
- Cross-functional collaboration & budgeting
- Vendor & system management
- Manage and mentor a team of compensation analysts
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
- Experience: Typically 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in compensation administration, job pricing, and market analysis.
- Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional or Global Remuneration Professional designation is strongly preferred.
- Core Competencies: Analytical & Technical Skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS platforms.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of wage-and-hour laws and pay transparency compliance.
- Communication & Discretion: Ability to manage highly confidential data and clearly explain complex pay decisions to leadership and staff.
