Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and team supervision
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients, answering questions and assisting with transaction
- manage inventory, including evaluating and pricing items for pawn or sale
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Support staff training and development initiatives
- Handle cash register operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
Requirements
- Previous retail or pawn shop experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
- Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks
