Seeking a Sr Proposal Manager to lead proposal activities for a defense program focused on production requirements.
Responsible for developing, analyzing, and completing proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring quality, schedule, and affordability targets are met.
Lead proposal kickoffs, coordinate evaluation notices, and mentor team members, while managing proposal budgets and staffing.
Requires 10+ years of relevant experience, with expertise in proposal management, DoD acquisition, and security clearance.
Preferred background includes supply chain, estimating, or finance, and experience with offsets and BOEs.
Position is onsite in multiple U.S. locations, with no relocation offered.
Salary range is $132,400-$251,600, with benefits, incentives, and equal opportunity employment.
