High School Diploma or GED required. Some college courses preferred. Experience with MS Word and Excel required. Experience required in box office, including season ticketing. Hands-on experience required with ticketing software such as Tessitura, Tickets.Com, Paciolan, Front Gate Tickets, Ticketmaster, etc. Must be marketing-driven and have a keen interest in how emerging technologies and the Internet can best be utilized in ticketing and customer relationship management.
