- Coordinate incoming and outgoing patient transfers

- Gather and verify patient information to ensure smooth transitions of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling records
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling urgent requests
Qualifications:
- Previous healthcare, patient access, scheduling, or coordinator experience preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
