    Patient Services Specialist - Advanced Imaging

    As an Advanced Imaging Patient Services Specialist with OrthoArizona, you will get to: 
    • Check in patients. 
    • Schedule appointments correctly and accurately pursuant to provider scheduling protocols.  
    • Schedule appointments for CT and MRIs. 
    • Go through CT/MRI reports to make sure the Radiologist reads them. 
    • Interact with patients, family members, visitors, and members of the health care team; directs patient questions and/or complaints to appropriate department; keeps patients informed; maintain efficient patient flow during the check-in and check-out process; check in outside vendors.  
    • Schedule patients for follow-up office visits or procedures, log no-show appointments; assists in Document Management scanning and chart Indexing. 
    • Maintain and organize lobby area at the end of the day, opening and closing duties. 
    • All other duties as assigned. 
    Qualifications: 
    • Must be Flexible to Saturdays if needed. 
    • Must be flexible to travel to our other sites (Phoenix and Gilbert)          
    • Availability: Monday through Thursday 7:00 – 7:00 / Friday’s 7:00 – 5:30 / Saturday’s 7:00 – 3:00 at NG and SG.
    • Medical front desk experience (1-2 years preferred)
