    Description

    Valley Views busy Womens Health clinic is seeking an energetic, full-time, patient-focused Patient Services Specialist to be the first contact for our patients in the front office!

    Bilingual required (English/Spanish)!!

    Responsibilities include providing patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties; organizing patient flow; keeping physicians and patients on schedule; maintaining patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner; and handling phone calls for the office manager, physicians, and nurses appropriately. The Registrar also assists with all billing and collection efforts as necessary and in a timely manner. Patient care background preferred.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Clerical: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone
    • Exceptional customer service skills required
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
    • Receptionist/clerical experience required
    • Patient care background preferred
    • Experience in a clinical setting highly preferred.
