    Community Health Partnership of Illinois is seeking a professional and customer-focused team member to support a positive experience for patients, families, and visitors throughout their interaction with our organization. In this role, you will serve as a welcoming point of contact, help coordinate essential service needs, and contribute to efficient, compassionate care delivery.     Responsibilities

    • Greet patients, families, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Assist with check-in, registration, appointment coordination, and related front-desk processes.
    • Collect and verify demographic, insurance, and other required information accurately.
    • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely, helpful, and respectful manner.
    • Support patient flow by coordinating with clinical and administrative teams as needed.
    • Explain basic procedures, policies, and next steps clearly to patients and visitors.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered and updated correctly in systems.
    • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and in accordance with privacy standards.
    • Resolve routine concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately.
    • Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training preferred.
    • Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or a related setting preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach.
    • Ability to maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all interactions.
