    Required Education and Experience for the Patient Services Representative:

    • High School diploma or GED.
    • 12 months experience in a customer service role.

    For applicants that meet the additional requirements, they could be classified as a Senior Patient Services Representative.

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 18 months experience with a minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical environment and 12 months experience in a customer service role.
