Louisville, KY | Hybrid

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $17.00/hr

• Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, onsite for the first 6–8 weeks or until successful completion

• Permanent schedule after training: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM

• Contract position with possible conversion to full-time employment

ROLE IMPACT

The Patient Services Representative supports patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers by delivering accurate, efficient service by phone. This role helps ensure prescription refills and shipments are processed correctly while resolving caller needs and providing clear next steps.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

• Process prescription refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.

• Provide accurate information, resolve caller needs, and communicate appropriate follow-up and next steps.

• Deliver a positive customer experience while following established policies and procedures.

• Maintain performance standards required for continued hybrid eligibility; employees who do not consistently meet requirements may be required to return onsite.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required before or on the first day of employment.

• Ability to type 35 WPM or greater with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work a flexible schedule.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Previous call center experience.

• Previous healthcare experience.

• Experience supporting patients, caregivers, or healthcare providers by phone.
