Patient Services Representative - AEGD

Position Introduction:

The OU College of Dentistry is seeking a highly organized and customer service focused Patient Services Representative. This role supports the efficient operation of the AEGD Clinic by coordinating patient scheduling, managing administrative functions, and ensuring a high standard of service in all patient interactions. The selected candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for patients and visitors while providing support to dental providers, students, and clinic staff. Through strong organization, attention to detail, and adherence to established procedures, this position supports quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 12 months experience in a customer service role.
