Patient Services Rep/Unit Clerk, Days

Responsibilities: Under the direction of the RN, Charge Nurse, or Clinical Manager, the Patient Services Concierge performs administrative and customer service responsibilities of a unit clerk/unit secretary that support efficient unit operations and promote a welcoming, professional experience for patients, families, visitors, and staff. At least one year of customer service experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Overview:

This position is located in our hospital in Augusta, GA. The schedule consists of three 12-hr shifts 7 am - 7 pm.

Qualifications:

Education

• H.S. Diploma or GED Required

Work Experience

• Previous customer service experience required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a hospital setting preferred
