Patient Service Representative

Our client, one of the top tech corporations, is seeking several Patient Service Representatives to support a centralized patient scheduling and customer service team in Tempe, AZ. Calls are from patients nationwide who need help scheduling appointments and processing healthcare-related requests.

Tempe, AZ | Fully Onsite

$19 to $20 hour - depending on experience

4 months, with possibility of extension or permanent conversion

Training: 3 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30PM

Schedule: You can choose an 8-hour start between 5:00 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday–Sunday, based on business needs and availability = 40 hours per week!

What you’ll do:

• Answer patient calls and schedule appointments.
• Process communication requests and route tasks appropriately.
• Use multiple computer systems and established procedures.
• Connect patients with the appropriate medical resources.
• Provide professional, compassionate customer service.

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ months of contact center experience OR 1 year of patient-facing experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability for onsite shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
