In this role, you will play an essential part in creating a positive, seamless experience for our patients. You'll work closely with our physicians and clinical staff while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy medical practice. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with deadlines. Experience with scheduling surgeries, providing instructions, and processing orders is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities: • Warmly greet patients and provide excellent customer service • Guide patients through necessary electronic health record and billing forms • Maintain accurate patient demographics and insurance information • Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays • Support efficient patient flow from check-in to check-out • Answer general patient inquiries about registration or billing • Direct medical-related questions to appropriate clinical staff • Schedule patient appointments with the correct provider • Scan and upload documents into the electronic health record • Perform other administrative duties as needed

Requirements 6 months to 1 year of experience in a medical office setting required; additional medical experience strongly preferred.
