Patient Service Representative | The Plastic Surgery Group
Primary location: Rookwood | Travel to West Chester and Northern Kentucky as needed

The Plastic Surgery Group is one of Cincinnati's premier plastic and aesthetic surgery practices, with three locations across the region. We're looking for a warm, organized, and people-first Patient Service Representative to join our front office team.
The Plastic Surgery Group is looking for a Patient Service Representative to support patients across multiple points of their visit experience. This is a rotating role that combines responsibilities from the front desk, check-out, and switchboard, so it is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable on the phone, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
What you’ll do
- Welcome patients and create a friendly, professional first impression
- Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently
- Collect paperwork, verify information, and scan documents
- Run eligibility and collect co-pays, balances, and procedure fees
- Schedule and reschedule appointments
- Answer incoming calls, check voicemail, route calls, and take messages
- Support daily office flow, including email, faxing, and follow-up tasks
- Help maintain a clean, organized, patient-ready front office
- Assist with end-of-day balancing and other administrative support as needed
What we’re looking for
- Customer service experience with a positive, can-do attitude
- Healthcare or medical office experience preferred
- Ability to handle upset or frustrated patients with professionalism and care
- Comfortable spending a good portion of the day on the phone
- Comfortable with technology; EMR experience is a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy expectations is a plus
- Must be willing to occasionally cover our West Chester and Northern Kentucky locations
Schedule & Location
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Primary location: Rookwood (Cincinnati, OH), but must be willing to travel to West Chester and Northern Kentucky when coverage is needed.
- Full-time is preferred, but part-time candidates will also be considered.
