Internal Medicine physicians specialize in the diagnosis management and nonsurgical treatment of unusual or serious diseases. As a Patient Service Representative you will help to ensure that Straub patients and their families receive warm friendly and considerate assistance at Straub. You will act as a liaison between patients and the professional staff in our Internal Medicine department and assist with a variety of administrative tasks. These include interviewing registering admitting updating and creating patients medical records performing accurate and timely processing of all professionaltechnical fees generated by department providers and performing cash handling and collection.
