Description
Patient Service Representative (PSR)
Location: 708 North Shady Retreat Road, Doylestown, PA 18901
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Contract Type: Temp-to-Hire – Candidates must be interested in converting to a permanent staff position.
Experience: Minimum 18 months of PSR experience required.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming patient calls, voicemails, and email inquiries.
Schedule patient appointments and coordinate provider calendars.
Collect, review, and organize medical records.
Track referrals and ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage patient communications and phone messages.
Upload and maintain patient images and clinical documentation.
Maintain accurate patient records and perform administrative duties.
Interview: 30-minute Microsoft Teams interview (camera required).
Training Requirements:
HIPAA Module: 15 minutes.
4-day onsite PennChart Scheduling training:
Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Must pass the assessment at the end of training.
Retakes are available if needed.
