THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Patient Scheduling Specialist to serve as the welcoming voice of our Palm Beach office. In this pivotal role, you will be the first impression patients have of Rowe Plastic Surgery — guiding prospective patients through inquiries, coordinating consultations and procedures, and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, discretion, and excellence our brand is known for.

This is more than a scheduling role. The right candidate will play an instrumental part in the growth of our newest location and will work closely with patients who are exploring some of the most personal decisions of their lives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as the first point of contact for all patient inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, with prompt and gracious response times.
• Schedule consultations, pre-operative appointments, and follow-up visits in accordance with practice guidelines and surgeon availability.
• Accurately capture, enter, and maintain patient information in the EMR, ensuring complete and confidential records.
• Build trusted, lasting relationships with patients — guiding them through the intake journey with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, clinical staff, and front-office teammates to relay patient details and coordinate seamless handoffs.
• Collect and verify insurance information and eligibility where applicable.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient privacy, discretion, and HIPAA compliance at all times.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior experience in a medical office or front-desk environment, with hands-on EMR proficiency.
• Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, med spa, or another cosmetic/elective service line is strongly preferred.
• Polished verbal and written communication — you represent the practice in every conversation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; comfort managing high-volume calls & inquiries.
• CRM platform experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical insurance fundamentals (eligibility, benefits, authorizations).
• A service-first mindset, emotional intelligence, and the discretion to handle sensitive patient conversations with care.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time, on-site at our Palm Beach office, Monday through Friday.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Compensation begins at $22.00–$24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, with performance-based bonuses tied to patient conversion and team metrics. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Palm Beach office, Monday through Friday, with availability for one weekend per month, which includes additional compensation.
