Patient Scheduler (Outpatient Infusion)

NOW HIRING: Patient Scheduler Outpatient Infusion ( Oncology)|Greenbrae, CA| $32/hr.

Location: Greenbrae, California
Pay Rate: $30 - $32/- hour
Contract Duration: 26 Weeks (6 Months)
Shift: Day Shift | 9:00 AM Start
Schedule: Monday Friday | 5 8-Hour Shifts
No Weekends or Holidays
EMR: EPIC

Oncology Experience Required

Job Requirements:

• Previous EPIC patient scheduling experience is required.

• Minimum 3 years of administrative customer service experience.

• 2+ years of patient scheduling experience .

• Comfortable handling phone calls for most of the workday.

• Must be available to start within 2 weeks of the requested start date.

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule patient appointments for outpatient infusion services.

• Manage appointment changes and scheduling requests.

• Communicate with patients professionally over the phone.

• Maintain accurate scheduling information in EPIC.

• Provide administrative and customer service support.
