    Job Summary

    We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Representative to join our healthcare team in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive patient experience by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and facilitating communication.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and assist patients upon arrival, providing information and guidance as needed.
    • Answer patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person promptly and professionally.
    • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with medical staff and departments.
    • Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
    • Address patient concerns and complaints, escalating issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the healthcare system.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
    • Educate patients about hospital policies, procedures, and available services.
    • Support billing and insurance inquiries by directing patients to the appropriate departments.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
