Job Title: Patient Reported Outcomes Manager I
Location: Lake County, IL – Hybrid (Onsite Tues–Thurs; Remote Mon & Fri)
Pay Rate: $57–$61/hr
Duration: 6 months
Manage Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) and electronic PRO (ePRO) activities supporting clinical study start-up across therapeutic areas. Provide technical expertise for PRO licensing, translation, vendor coordination, implementation, and study timelines. Maintain the PRO library and associated licensing, permissions, translation, training, and electronic-format requirements. Collaborate with clinical, HEOR, Data Sciences, outsourcing, and external stakeholders to support timely PRO/ePRO implementation.
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field.
6+ years of relevant clinical research, outcomes research, or project management experience.
Hands-on experience with Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO/ePRO) in clinical research or outcomes research.
PRO licensing, permissions, and translation management.
Experience coordinating PRO/ePRO implementation during clinical study start-up.
Clinical research project management and milestone/timeline management.
Experience working with PRO owners, clinical teams, HEOR, Data Sciences, outsourcing teams, and external vendors.
Knowledge of GCP and clinical research operational requirements.
Experience managing PRO documentation, licensing records, vendor requirements, and study deliverables.
Experience with Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) and COA licensing.
Experience with electronic PRO platforms and implementation requirements.
Experience managing vendor contracts and translation vendors.
Experience maintaining centralized PRO/COA libraries or repositories.
Experience providing technical guidance or training related to PRO/ePRO processes.
Experience supervising or coordinating PRO management associates.
