Patient Relations Coordinator

RxSmile Orthodontics is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Relations Coordinator to join our team in Frisco, TX.

This full-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and keeping a busy orthodontic office running smoothly. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who understands scheduling logistics, communicates confidently with patients, and brings a positive, team-first attitude to work every day.

Position Details

• Location: Frisco, TX
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Days: Monday through Thursday, plus a half-day Friday
• Office Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay: $18-$25 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients
• Support front desk operations
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Assist team members and doctors as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized scheduling records

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling and customer service experience preferred
• Dental or orthodontic experience preferred
• Experience with Dolphin Management Software preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
