Our Traverse City Clinic is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented English/Spanish Bilingual Patient Registration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure our English- and Spanish-speaking patients receive welcoming, accessible, and high-quality care from their very first interaction with our clinic.
About the Role
The Bilingual Patient Registration Specialist plays an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting smooth clinic operations. This position serves as the first point of contact for many patients and is responsible for patient check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, assisting with paperwork, answering phones, and providing a warm, professional experience for every patient. Working closely with providers and clinic staff, this role helps ensure efficient, patient-centered care while supporting communication with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients.
