    We're hiring a Patient Registration Representative, Bilingual to be one of the first friendly faces patients see when they arrive for care. In this role, you'll help create a positive patient experience by welcoming patients, managing registration and scheduling tasks, supporting communication needs, and ensuring accurate patient information is collected in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

    What you'll do

    • Welcome patients and families, check them in for appointments, and provide outstanding customer service.
    • Register patients by accurately entering demographic, insurance, and other required information.
    • Collect copays and point-of-service payments and assist with checkout processes.
    • Schedule and coordinate follow-up appointments, procedures, and services as needed.
    • Provide basic interpretation support and assist with communication in both English and Spanish.

    Who you are

    • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
    • Comfortable interacting with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and community members.
    • Able to stay organized and maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Skilled in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
    • Committed to creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.
