Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the efficient functioning of clinic facilities and ensuring the smooth flow of patient care, working closely with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and patients to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive patient experience.

Essential Functions

  • Cleans patient stretchers in the evening to ensure clean stretchers are available in the AM for patients.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
  • Notify patients of any changes or cancellations and reschedule as necessary.
  • Safety awareness and maintaining cleanliness throughout the Unit.
  • Stock patient refrigerator.
  • Stocks supplies necessary to care for patients.

Qualifications

Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience Experience in a healthcare or customer service role 1-2 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse patient populations. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in using computer systems, electronic medical records, and common office software. - Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare operations. - Compassionate, patient-focused approach and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
