Patient Navigator (Burlington Co) through Emerson Group

Patient Navigator needed for large hospital in Mount Holly.

$19.50 per/hr, Long Term Temp.

Onsite

Shift: M-F 11:30a-8:00pm

Training: 4-6 weeks, Tuesday -Thursday (8-4:30 pm in Pennsauken)

Job Duties

• Scheduling patients follow up appointment after discharge

Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare or similar a plus.
• Must have strong customer service experience.
• Must have a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• B/L Spanish preferred
