We are seeking an outgoing, high-energy professional to represent Express and our client directly inside a local Humboldt Park Emergency Room. You will be the face of support for eligible accident patients, engaging with them immediately to guide them through available resources and the initial steps of their care journey.
- Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Structure: Four 10-hour or 12-hour shifts (Includes weekends and 2 weekdays).

Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage: Identify and connect with eligible accident patients in the ER.
- Guide: Provide overviews of treatment plans, scheduling services, and hospital network resources.
- Document: Accurately log all patient interactions within the hospital’s EMR system.
- Collaborate: Work closely with ER staff and the case management team to ensure smooth transitions of care.
- Comply: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and hospital compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
- MUST have an outgoing, empathetic, and vibrant personality.
- Previous knowledge/understanding of HIPAA and hospital compliance.
- At least 6 months of Meditech EMR experience
