Job Highlights

• Coordinate and monitor patient flow through timely and accurate dispatch
• Manage patient placement requests and assignments of environmental services personnel
• Resolve problems related to patient, visitor, staff, or employee complaints associated with departmental issues        
• Ensure staff availability

Candidate Profile

• Healthcare or call center experience required
• Dispatching or high volume scheduling experience highly preferred
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and experience with Epic Software is preferred
• Flexible with and willing to adjust schedule and work weekends if needed
• Exhibits excellent customer service, telephone etiquette, and listening skills
