Patient Flow Coordinator - Registered Nurse

In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage patient placement and transfers while working across 4 screens and multiple systems including Epic, Transfer Center, Bed Placement , Voalte, Genesys , and Teams to keep care moving smoothly. Additional Skills (required): Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of problem solving and critical thinking skills to find solutions to difficult human, technical, clinical or administrative problems.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage patient placement and transfers while working across 4 screens and multiple systems including Epic, Transfer Center, Bed Placement, Voalte, Genesys, and Teams to keep care moving smoothly.

•  What You’ll Do

  • Triage calls & transfers like a pro

  • Coordinate  air and  ground transport
  • Partner with stroke, trauma & emergency teams
  • Manage patient placement across hospitals

•  Schedule

  • 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Weekends only 

  • No call shifts 

• What We’re Looking For

  • RN with 2+ years acute care (ED or critical care required, patient flow experience a plus)

  • Strong clinical judgment & multitasking skills
  • Tech-savvy and confident communicating with physicians
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment

What We're Looking For:

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. BSN preferred.
• Experience: 2 years, required.  Previous leadership and bed utilization experience is preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: RN License in Appropriate State, required. 
• Additional Skills (required): Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of problem solving and critical thinking skills to find solutions to difficult human, technical, clinical or administrative problems. Excellent problem analysis skills to develop solutions. Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage/coordinate effectively the work of non-subordinates.
