    What We Offer

    Join our 26-member Patient Placement Team, supporting 7 hospitals around the clock. In this fast-paced role, you'll manage patient placement and transfers while working across 4 screens and multiple systems including Epic, Transfer Center, Bed Placement, Voalte, Genesys, and Teams to keep care moving smoothly.

    • What You'll Do

    • Triage calls & transfers like a pro

    • Coordinate air and ground transport

    • Partner with stroke, trauma & emergency teams

    • Manage patient placement across hospitals

    • Schedule

    • 3 weekend shifts every 6 weeks (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 36 hours/week)

    • Rotating holidays (2 major + 1 minor)

    • No call shifts

    • What We're Looking For

    • RN with 2+ years acute care (ED or critical care required, patient flow experience a plus)

    • Strong clinical judgment & multitasking skills

    • Tech-savvy and confident communicating with physicians

    • Thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment

    What We're Looking For

    • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. BSN preferred.
    • Experience: 2 years experience, required. Previous leadership and bed utilization experience is preferred.
    • Licensure/Certification: Current RN license, required.
    • Additional Skills (required):
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of problem solving and critical thinking skills to find solutions to difficult human, technical, clinical or administrative problems.
    • Excellent problem analysis skills to develop solutions.
    • Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage/coordinate effectively the work of non-subordinates.
