Patient Financial Representative - Part-Time

Arkview Behavioral Health - Mechanicsburg & York, PA

Arkview Behavioral Health is seeking a Part-Time Patient Financial Representative to support our full-time Patient Financial Coordinator and provide compassionate, professional financial guidance to our outpatient clients.

Key Responsibilities

       Collect client copays and deductibles for outpatient services at both locations (Mechanicsburg & York).

       Set up and manage payment plans based on individual client needs.

       Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients and families regarding billing, insurance, and financial expectations.

       Maintain accurate payment records and ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

       Experience in a business office, billing, medical office, or financial customer service role preferred.

       Strong communication and organizational skills, with a supportive and professional approach.

       Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

       Familiarity with insurance verification, deductibles, and medical billing is a plus.

Schedule & Hours

       Part-time, flexible hours

       Occasional travel to both locations required
