Job Description:

Location: 80 Brownsberger Circle, Hendersonville, NC

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

• Monitors patient experience data collected by experience surveys, including scores, comments, and Bullseyes.

• Prepares and distributes monthly reports to leadership, providing feedback and support to identify improvement opportunities.

• Conducts leadership meetings and communications.

• Maintains open communication through daily rounding. Trains all new leaders on patient experience survey data Manages language service materials for non-English speaking patients and coordinates in-person needs with appropriate departments.

• Assists in receiving patient complaints or grievances, relaying information to appropriate leaders and developing service recovery responses in a timely manner. Identifies trends in types, areas, and sources of complaints, referring specific complaints to appropriate departments.

• Collects and enters data in appropriate reports. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong customer service skills such as courtesy and professionalism. [Required]
• Strong communication skills, both writing and verbal. [Required]
• Excellent computer skills are required including proficiency in MS Office applications. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. [Required]
• Detail oriented organizational skills [Required]
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with exceptional professional work ethic [Required]
• Ability to navigate in Cerner and Athena in order to investigate into patient records for complaints. [Preferred]
• Must have knowledge of patient care and patient problems [Required]
• Medical terminology helpful [Preferred]

Education:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Work Experience:

• 3+ years of experience required in a healthcare setting, communications, public relations, education or patient care field [Required]

Pay Range:

$47,314.38 - $87,998.36
