The Patient Experience Coordinator is responsible for supporting the work of Human Experience Department. Support functions will include but, not be limited to the following:
Organizing the display of data and metrics
Lead and direct assigned project work (agendas, resources, work plans) to completion
Facilitate communication among multiple stakeholders
Coordinate the implementation of new practices and providers into the survey process
Acute attention to detail with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
Support administrative functions for the Directors of Human Centered Care including but not limited to updating dashboards, creating PPT presentations, monitoring and updating tracking documents, facilitating surveying efforts.
Qualifications
Education:
- Associates Degree or higher
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare industry.
Background in customer experience preferred
Experience with application and interpretation of statistical methodologies is preferred
