Responsibilities:- Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients in-person and over the phone.
- Assist with patient intake forms and maintain accurate patient records.
- Communicate effectively with dental staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and office policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; dental office experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
