The Patient Communication Specialist (PCS) serves as the first contact for patients, the public, and other entities, handling inbound calls, texts, and chats while documenting interactions accurately.

  • Receives and processes multiple contacts, greets patients, and directs them to appropriate departments.
  • Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments across multiple clinic locations, verifying patient information.
  • Responds to inquiries, supports patients by connecting with providers, and conducts outreach as needed.
