Patient Care Technician - Post Anesthesia Care Unit - Life Sciences Plaza
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) supports perioperative and recovery services within the Post Anesthesia Care Unit at Life Sciences Plaza. The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient surgical and recovery environment while providing direct patient care, patient transport, and operational support. The Patient Care Technician (PCT) works closely with nursing, anesthesia, and surgical teams to ensure timely workflows, room readiness, and adherence to performance standards.

The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills ensuring every interaction with patients, families, and coworkers reflects compassion and respect. Will have the ability to stay adaptable in a fast-paced clinical setting and will excel in high volume workflows while maintaining strong patient care standards. Current or previous experience as a PCT or Nursing Assistant is preferred. Must have flexibility to float to other areas within PACU.
Minimum $18.27 - Midpoint $22.84 - Maximum $27.40
The typical work schedule is 9:00am-5:30pm.
