We have an exciting opportunity for Patient Care Technician to join our team. Under the supervision of the medical provider, the PCT 's core role is to assists the provider staff with basic patient care in the urgent care setting. PCT's commit themselves to taking and documenting vitals, assisting with front desk coverage, point of care testing, stock maintenance, and daily QA. Position is a float for any of our locations. Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Basic Medical Terminology Multi-tasking as a team player in a fast-paced setting Excellent customer service skills Salary Range: $18.00/hr Primary Job Responsibilities: Clean and maintain equipment and examination rooms at all times Collect vitals and brief medical history of patients Directing patients to examination rooms Ensuring rooms are setup for efficient patient care Ordering and re-stocking of medical supplies Team support to medical providers and front desk Thank you for your interest in Albany Med Health System!
