How you'll make an impact in this role

• Assist patients with personal care, hygiene, and activities of daily living while safely aiding in patient movement, positioning, and transfers under supervision.

• Observe patient physical, mental, and emotional status and immediately report any changes or significant findings to the nursing staff.

• Accurately complete and maintain required patient records, documentation, and care logs in accordance with facility standards.

• Ensure patient rooms remain clean, safe, and organized while maintaining and preparing essential medical equipment.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
