What You'll Do

As a key member of the care team, you'll provide hands-on support that promotes patient comfort, safety, and positive outcomes. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting patients with personal care needs such as bathing, oral hygiene, toileting, and linen changes
• Supporting mobility, repositioning, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs and patient observations
• Recording important patient information accurately in medical records
• Providing compassionate care and emotional support to patients and their families throughout their stay

Qualifications

Required:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification within six months of hire
