What Youll Do
Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on instruction
Prepare students for industry-recognized certifications and healthcare careers
Follow the provided curriculum and maintain basic classroom documentation
Mentor students by sharing practical knowledge, professionalism, and real-world experience
What Were Looking For
Relevant backgrounds may include: PCT, CPCT, or NCPCT.
3+ years of current patient care technician experience or 1+ year of PCT course instructor experience
Active RN, LPN/LVN, CPCT/A (NHA), PCT (AMT), and/or NCPCT (NCCT) certification required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Teaching, mentoring, coaching, precepting, or training experience preferred but not required
Ability to successfully complete FBI fingerprinting/background screening
